⏰ Laundry Room Hours

  • Open daily: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • No laundry cycles may start after 9:15 PM

✔ General Use Guidelines

  • Stay with your laundry whenever possible
  • Remove items promptly when cycles finish
  • Clean lint traps after each dryer use
  • Wipe spills, detergent, or softener from machines
  • Use appropriate detergent amounts to avoid overflow

🚫 Prohibited Clothing & Items

  • Rugs, heavy blankets, or oversized bedding
  • Grease-soaked, oily, or automotive work clothing
  • Items containing pet hair without pre-cleaning
  • Shoes or large rubber items
  • Anything labeled “hand wash only”

🤝 Be Respectful

  • Do not remove another resident’s laundry unless abandoned for more than 20 minutes
  • Keep noise low during early or late hours
  • Share machines during busy times

⚠ Safety & Maintenance

  • Report malfunctioning machines to Management immediately
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself
  • No smoking or open flames in laundry areas
  • Do not leave children unattended

🧼 Cleanliness Expectations

  • Remove all trash, dryer sheets, and lint
  • Take all belongings when you leave
  • Do not leave detergent bottles behind
  • Keep the laundry room door closed when not in use
