💲 Pet Fees

• One-time Pet Fee: $250 per pet
• Monthly Pet Rent: $100 per pet

📄 Pet Registration Required

• Pet photo
• Vaccination records
• Spay/neuter documentation
• Emergency contact for pet
• Signed Pet Addendum

🐕 Resident Responsibilities

• Keep pets leashed in common areas
• Pick up waste immediately
• Prevent noise, odors, or disturbances
• No unattended pets on balconies
• No tying pets outside the unit

🚫 Prohibited Animals & Activities

• Aggressive behavior
• Breeding animals on property
• Exotic pets (snakes, large reptiles, spiders, ferrets, etc.)
• Aquariums over 20 gallons

🦮 Service & ESA Animals

Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are not considered pets and are exempt from fees, with proper documentation required.
